  1. Policy

    羞羞视频 adheres to the regulations outlined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 as Amended (FERPA), which grants students certain rights, privileges, and protections relative to individually identifiable educational records that are maintained by UMW.

  2. Purpose

    The purpose of this policy is to comply with FERPA regulations regarding release of student educational records to third parties, student鈥檚 right to inspect/review their own individual educational records, student鈥檚 right to challenge information contained in individually identifiable educational records, and student鈥檚 right to withhold public directory information (with some specific exceptions to release of directory information).

  3. Procedures

    The FERPA regulations are available at the Registrar鈥檚 Office. Excerpts of this policy are published in the UMW Website and the Schedule of Classes.
